Terms of use
Short version: the handbook and calculators are free and provided in good faith, but they are engineering references rather than engineering advice. Nothing on this site is a quotation or a contract.

Who operates this site
CNC Machine Frame Sourcing, an independent sourcing operation based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are not a manufacturer. We do not own a factory and nothing described on this site is produced in house.
The handbook and the calculators
The written material and the five calculators are published free of charge, without registration, and are intended to be useful to people specifying and buying machine frames.
They are general engineering references, not engineering advice for your specific part. Every calculation method is stated on the page it appears on precisely so that it can be checked rather than taken on trust. Standards evolve, shop practice varies, and your application may have constraints we know nothing about.
Verify anything that matters against the governing standard and your own qualified engineer before it goes on a drawing. A code minimum quoted here is a starting point for your check, not a substitute for it. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of this material.
Capability figures
Sizes, weights, tolerances and process capabilities published on this site arenetwork-wide maxima — the outer envelope across several independent fabricators. They are not the specification of any single shop, and no single shop offers all of them simultaneously. What is achievable for your part depends on the part, and is confirmed at quotation.
Enquiries are not quotations
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, does not oblige us to quote, and does not oblige you to buy. A quotation is a separate written document with its own terms, validity period and scope.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without giving a reason. In practice we usually give one, and it is usually that the part sits outside the network's honest envelope.
Export control
Work that is ITAR-controlled, defence-related or dual-use is declined at the enquiry stage. Do not upload drawings for such parts — email first. By submitting a drawing you confirm you are entitled to share it and that doing so breaches no export control obligation binding on you.
Intellectual property
The written content and the calculators are ours. You may quote, reference and link to them freely with attribution to https://cncmachineframe.com — the citation blocks on the tool pages exist to make that easy. You may not republish substantial portions as your own work or present the calculators as your own.
Drawings and technical information you send remain entirely yours. See theprivacy policy for how they are handled.
External links
We link to standards bodies and reference sources where it helps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Availability
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove content at any time. Corrections to published material are made when errors are found — if you spot one, please say so and it will be fixed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any commercial engagement is governed by the terms of the specific quotation and purchase order rather than by this page.
