Privacy policy

Short version: the two forms on this site collect what you type into them and email it to us. There is no advertising network, no data broker, and nothing is sold.

Last updated 25 September 2026.

Who is responsible

CNC Machine Frame Sourcing, an independent sourcing operation based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For any question about this policy, or to ask for your data to be deleted, write to .

What is collected, and when

The enquiry form (/rfq/)

Name, company, country, email address, a description of the part, optional material and quantity, and any drawing file you attach. All of it is optional in the sense that you choose to submit it; the fields marked required are simply the minimum needed to answer you usefully.

The supplier form (/for-suppliers/)

Contact name, position, factory name, email, optional phone, location, capabilities, part size, export experience, certifications and an optional company profile document.

The calculators (/tools/)

Nothing. The calculators run entirely in your browser. Values you type are never transmitted, stored or logged, and there is no server that could receive them.

Server logs and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request information including IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Who processes it

  • FormSubmit: receives form submissions and forwards them by email. Both forms post directly to FormSubmit; the data passes through their systems.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery, plus aggregate analytics.
  • Google Fonts: the two typefaces are served from Google's CDN, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
  • Our email provider: enquiries arrive as email and are stored there.

Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no third-party tracker beyond what is listed above.

Drawings and commercial information

This is the part that matters most for a sourcing site, so it is stated separately.

  • Drawings you send are used to assess manufacturability and to obtain quotations.
  • A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request and can be signed before you send anything.
  • Drawings shared with fabricators are limited to the shortlist for your part. Your identity is not disclosed to them; the commercial relationship is between us and the shop.
  • Export-controlled work is declined at the enquiry stage. If your part is ITAR, defence or dual-use, email first rather than uploading.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for as long as is reasonable for warranty, traceability and accounting purposes. Drawings for projects that did not proceed are deleted on request, and we will confirm when that has been done.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being processed. Write to and you will get an answer within 24 business hours. No account, no form and no identity documents are required; a reply from the address that sent the enquiry is enough.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot management purposes. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal.
